Bertagni's tale began over 130 years ago, when Luigi Bertagni opened his workshop in Bologna, the birthplace of Tortellini. With their slightly plumper shape, these pappardelle are ideal for both hearty and creamy sauces. So delicious, just a touch of oil or butter and a sprinkle of Parmesan will make them sing.
